05 · The Room
Hire the room.
206 Piccadilly St, London. There are two spaces here, the Rainbow Room and the Cafe Space, and you can take one or both.
- One open room, not a partitioned hall. Step free from the pavement, on the ground floor.
- The kit is in the price: projector, PA, wifi, and 15 minutes either side to set up and pack down.
- Catering comes from Reimagine Co, so the food is one conversation instead of three.
Two spaces
One building, two rooms.
The main event space, and the one this page prices. 4,120 square feet, 10 foot ceilings, one open floor with nothing dividing it.
The front of the building, and a separate hire. Take it on its own, or with the Rainbow Room for one event across both. Rates and details for this one are not published yet, so ask us.
Rates
What the Rainbow Room costs.
Per hour, before HST. An event that runs across two bands is charged at each band for the hours it uses.
- $30
- Monday to Friday, until 5pm
- $50
- Monday to Thursday from 5pm, Saturday until 5pm, and all day Sunday
- $100
- Friday and Saturday, from 5pm
Paying
Pay in full when you book and take 5% off. Or pay half now, with the rest due 14 days before the event.
Lower rates exist for recurring bookings, multi-day bookings, non-profits and community groups. Ask before you book, not after.

Food and drink
The building is 100% plant based.
No animal products come into the space, in the catering or in anything you bring. That is not negotiable, and it is the thing worth knowing before you pick a date. It is also a zero-waste business, so keep single use plastic to a minimum.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises.
Questions
The ones we get asked.
- Can we bring our own food?
- Usually not, and all catering has to be 100% plant based whoever makes it. If outside food is the difference between booking and not, ask us.
- Can we serve alcohol?
- Yes, with a permit from the AGCO. You apply for it, and we will help you through it. Leave time.
- Is there a kitchen?
- No. There is no kitchen or food prep space in the room. Catering comes from Reimagine Co.
- How late can music run?
- Amplified music has to finish by 11pm.
- What if we cancel?
- More than 30 days out, a full refund. Between 14 and 30 days, half. Inside 14 days, none.
- Do you do a lower rate for community groups?
- Yes. There are lower rates for recurring bookings, multi-day bookings, non-profits and community groups. Tell us what you are running.
The full rules are in the terms and conditions, and the accessibility statement covers getting into and around the building. If your answer is not here, ask us.
